Came here for dinner while working at the joust at HCP . Food was great, service was great.

Quick review, visited the Kings Arms yesterday, I can only summize, the barman had received some very bad news. Grumpy, and really did not want to serve us. Let’s hope he has a better day today. Cheers

Amazing hotel. Rooms excellent, very clean and amazing host. Nothing too much trouble for him and very socialable. Location perfect for Hampton Court Palace. The Hotel actually backs onto the Palace Maze.

Wonderful experience. Had a meal here with my father who is in a wheelchair and the staff were attentive and incredibly accommodating. Made us feel very much at home and the food was superb too. Would highly recommend.

Lovely hotel, staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Room was really nice and spotless as was the whole hotel. Food was lovely, bar had nice atmosphere and outside area for enjoying a drink in the sun was perfect. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning.

Stayed the night following a visit to Hampton Court Palace. It 's really clean, the service was first class, John and the rest of the staff are really friendly, polite and helpful, the dinner and breakfast was fantastic. There is 'first come, first served ' parking on site, but other locations nearby. From my experience, would definitely recommend staying.

Fantastic Stay Joanne the manager is priceless, all the staff are chatty and fantastic. Second time I have stayed at The Kings Arms. This time with my family and we booked the family suite Double Bed and bunk beds for the kids in a seperate room, Great bathroom with big bath and shower. Breakfast was fabulous and cooked fresh to order. Have recomended the hotel to friends and clients alike 10/10

We stayed for one night in a very comfortable room. The staff (Rachel, Gertrude and Cally) were helpful and accommodating, particularly appreciated as we were with our young son. Breakfast was excellent. The location is right across from Bushey Park is convenient and pleasant road noise is inaudible inside, while we were able to go into this beautiful park through just crossing the street. Recommended

We had a beautiful meal here today. The manager staff were so welcoming and friendly. We had our dogs with us got a fabulous snug with a log burning stove to enjoy our food. The food was delicious and excellent quality. We will definitely be back. The only small niggle was the lack of parking (only around 7 spaces which were filled) so we had to park a fair bit away walk but it was worth it. Keep up the good work !
