I went to this restaurant four times. It's connected to kinugawa vendôme, a restaurant I like very much. the same experience every four times. We loved simple elegance and delicious assortment of sushi and Japanese specialties cooked. I felt it could have been in new york or london, so it's not for a typical Parisian experience. It is very modern, but warm and inviting. It's tied with nobu or cod Zuma.Miso was excellent and tuna and salmon sushi a!! you can eat in the dining room or the sushi bar there is also a dining room upstairs that would be good for private events or very big parties. my first time at the kinugawa matignon site. I was going to the Kanugawa perfume that's excellent. I've been very happy with their new location in matignon. the service is exceptional, from the minute you are welcomed to the end of your meal. food is excellent and creative. We had the 6-course dinner and did not regret it. the restaurant's decor is nice and intimate, perhaps a little too dark in the evening. Overall, kinugawa matignon did not disappointed and I will return on my next betting trip.
