"friendly little restaurant/café,/bar the food is a crab over the usual wetherspoons Marstons/Greene king, good selection of homemade cakes (weatherproons don't seem to be able to do cakes over hearty objects, impressive, eating quickly comes on hot plates, unfortunately, teetpots could be hotter. roasted potatoes can be cooked more than roasted, but overall, a comfortable, warm, clean place with an impressive menu. Maybe a rice or curry dishes or two would be a good supplement, but its more ok than not, recommended"

"Well I wanted to see the band that was advertised but we didn’t book for a table for a meal and we was told to stay in a holding area. The band played their first set and we still didn’t see them so we left. It’s a shame because we love live music but either don’t serve food or just have live music only. I wouldn’t mind but we paid a lot of money for a taxi there and back and bought drinks too . You need to sort it out. I appreciate that it is difficult times but come on I feel that we have been let down. Won’t be returning anytime soon . You need to realise that some people don’t do meals just like to have a drink and enjoy live music ????"

"The food portions were huge, but unfortunately my steak was not cooked to my liking. The lasagna was a bit bland but still decent. The service was the biggest letdown of the night. We waited 15 minutes at the bar before being seated, and then waited an additional 25 minutes before even being acknowledged. It took 50 minutes for our food to arrive, and we were so frustrated that we almost left without eating. The waitresses spent a lot of time in the kitchen, neglecting to check on us or refill our drinks. Another table waited an hour just for their appetizer, so we decided to skip dessert. When we went to pay, we had to track down a server for assistance. It's disappointing because the food was okay, but the poor service ruined the overall experience. For a meal over £40, the level of service was unacceptable, especially since it was a special occasion. We left feeling awkward and regretful that we had spent so much money. We will not be returning to this restaurant."

"Tried this Indian Restaurant this evening and they were fully booked however expressed if we came back in 20 minutes he would be able to fit two of us in. We decided to have a drink there instead of somewhere else. From that moment on all we did was laugh I presume the head of house was the owner who made us feel like we had known him for years and we just had banter the whole time we were there. Food was amazing full of flavour and enjoyable. Definitely come back here again without fail. Keep up the good work and customer interaction as thus is a dying trade."

"What an absolute amazing evening. The food is out of this world and I love seafood its the best I have ever had. What a welcome it was perfect start to finish. We are in the restaurant industry and notice the small things however there is absolutely no fault to pick. There is a reason why its a 2 month waiting list to get a table however it's so worth the wait! We will be definitely back Price per person: £50–60"
