Therefore, in the area of the environment staff, I am given the full staff 4 5*. what should they tell about the personal in a fast restaurant? there were days I was served very friendly incl. sweating! what I liked very much, at some days, the personal was a bit trostlos and motivation out. the good is, however, when they have given up their order, they can already choose a place and the eating is brought to one. menu 4 5* what do you expect in a fast restaurant? burger? pommes salate? not with cook spoon, next to burger, various pommes salate is still sold Dutch croquettes, toasties with chocolate or vegetarian, chicken wings and spring rolls and even whole hänchen! in summer the slutish drink comes with. what I don't have is a bit, but there is a very good ice; price 3 5* the prices in the chefs are unfortunately a little expensive and the prices do not stop to come in between they pay there for 1 liter drink rich 5€! for a good Burger menu they pay at least. 8€ and the chickens also cost approx. 4€ 1 half-when I think after much too expensive! they eat drinks 5* when I was there, I bought a large long-running menu and paid over 10€ for this menu. After my order I should take a place, my food came in about 4 minutes, which was still in the green area. the burger was fresh they noticed that it was also very tasty, but what I liked especially well were the pommes, I can tell them, dear people who were the best pommes that I had eaten in an almost food restaurant. were very fresh and crisp, of course, ordered me again a large part and was quickly 2.50 € poorer. cleanliness 3.5 5* is a bit happy again when they go in the evening or in the afternoon when all school children sit there and don't forget everything and leave everything dirty or when they go to a day of the city and the staff can do nothing. there were days where you could even eat on the floor! but also days they were a little ecreated, even though they were on the table. for I give a 3.5 in cleanliness!"

Unfreundlich Empfangen und Verabschiedet worden. Verkäuferin hat den Kunden vor mir ab kassiert. Nach Kontakt mit Münzgeld nahm sie ohne Hände waschen oder sonstigem die Burger Pattis mit der Hand. Hygiene war leider keine Vorhanden!!!

Yesterday, for once, we only drank a coffee, but we are still happy with the service and the ambience. As far as the food is concerned, we think that the taste certainly hasn't changed. Unverschämt überteuerte Preise für sehr kleine Portionen war sehr gut gelaunt, und meine Laune wurde direkt von der Frechheit der Arbeiterin genommen Obwohl ich nur eine Frage gestellt habe, wurde Ich direkt Dumm angestarrt, hatte eine Mittlere Portion bestellt. Hab einfach eine kleine bekommen. Für den Preis könnte man viel besser und viel mehr irgendwo anders essen. Nie wieder Kochlöffel in Frankenthal

Habe essen geholt über to good to go. Ja für 5 Euro kann man tatsächlich nicht viel erwarten. 2 Cheeseburger, 1 Pommes ,1 Brötchen und 1 Currywurst. So nun zu dem Essen an sich. Cheeseburger waren mit Ketchup überflutet, Brötchen hart wie Stein, Pommes so salzig das man sie nicht essen konnte. Die Wurst hat nach tranigem Fett geschmeckt und der Ketchup der darüber ist war viel zu sauer bekam direkt Sodbrennen . Schade ich hole dort definitiv nichts mehr. Der Service war nett.

Telefonisch drei Coupons bestellt, um sie dort abzuholen. Zuhause bemerkt, dass Bestellung teilweise fehlt. Angerufen und um Lieferung des fehlenden Essens gebeten. Im Endeffekt wurde man 10 min zwischen drei Mitarbeitern herumgereicht, keiner hatte so richtig verstanden, was passiert und was man möchte, weil wohl keiner Deutsch versteht oder verstehen möchte. Ein mehrmaliges Buchstabieren der Straße hat leider zu keinem Erfolg geführt. Am Ende wurde das Telefon an einen GAST!!! gegeben, der der deutschen Sprache mächtig ist, um die Adresse für die Lieferung aufzunehmen. Nach 20 min kam dann zu unserer Überraschung die Lieferung per Fahrrad.

Ungern hinterlasse ich eine etwas schlechtere Bewertung, da wir häufig gerne und auch seit Kindheitstagen schon zu Kochlöffel gegangen sind... Erstmal das positive! Meist sind die Bedienungen sehr freundlich das Essen schmeckt sehr lecker und da Kochlöffel Frankenthal bei Too good to Go mit machen finde ich steuern sie auch bin gegen Lebensmittelverschwendung... Jetzt leider das was mich häufiger demletzt gestört hat... Es gibt in der Kochlöffel App eine bestellfunktion mit Zeitangabe diese haben wir 2x benutzt sowohl mit der alten als auch der neuen App jedoch sind wir sowohl mit der alten als auch neuen App vertröstet worden, dass die Bestellung zu der ausgewählten Zeit nicht fertig war bz...
