Cibo buono e abbondante, prezzi modici, ambiente carino e sono presenti pasti vegetariani. Il personale è gentile ma lascia un po' a desiderare.

Antipasti buonissimi e non scontati. Molta verdura. Ho preso il ramen classico ed era ottimo : brodo di carne perfetto, uovo marinato e verdure buonissime. Dolci fatti in casa. Da provare

Il cameriere è gentilissimo e spiega bene i piatti che presenta. La location è piccola, moderna. I piatti di pesce sono buoni, se prenotate con uno sconticino di The Fork il rapporto qualità-prezzo è davvero conveniente. Ver carta

Ambiente accogliente con un buon servizio, personale disponibile e professionale. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Il pesce è fresco e si presenta con piatti davvero invitanti. Abbiamo assaggiato varie pietanze ed erano tutte eccellenti. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

I don't want to spoil the fun for anyone going for the first time, but the experience is very unique and fun. This was the best ramen I have ever had, both in terms of the quality of the food and the experience.The ramen itself was spectacular and just how I ordered. Just amazing.

Io e mia moglie ci siamo imbattuti per caso in questo ristorantino e devo dire che siamo rimasti molto ma molto soddisfatti. Menù tutto a base di pesce....qualità eccellente!!!abbiamo apprezzato tutto dall'antipasto fino al dolce!per non parlare del cameriere simpatico e gentilissimo! La prossima volta sicuramente ci ritorneremo ; ah dimenticavo rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Ver carta

This place has potential but had only been open a week when we went so a few teething problems. Needs better signage outside but that maybe in the pipe line. Sitting outside watching the world go by in Florence is great and lunch was good. I suspect the starter of dumplings was cooked from frozen which spoilt them a bit but the ramen noodles were good. Lots of ingredients all cooked well, very flavoursome broth all in big bowls. Very filling. Not the cheapest, but service was good. However I do object to an owner standing outside on his phone and not even bothering to say hi how are things to customers. Looks bad so only 3 stars

Locale carino dallo stile minimal giapponese. Accogliente e informale il servizio che ho trovato all'altezza della proposta culinaria. Nel menù si trovano poche cose e questo lo trovo un pregio. Ci sono delle tapas, piccole porzioni di cibo giapponese (edamame, ravioli, ecc... e quattro o cinque proposte di ramen. Il ramen è molto buono, però gli ingredienti potrebbero essere migliorati dal punto di vista della qualità visto anche il prezzo. Ogni ramen è proposto nella versione piccola o grande. Tutto sommato una buona cena, con una tapas e un ramen piccolo ci si sazia. In due abbiamo speso poco più di 25 euro a testa prendendo 2 tapas, 2 ramen piccoli e 2 birre. Prezzo un po' alto.

I love Koto Ramen in Florence and so when I was in Pisa for a business trip I was so happy to find out that there was a Koto Ramen in Pisa! As always the ramen and Japanese tapas were delicious! To start I took the “maguro no katsu” fresh tuna, breaded and deep fried, served with a light ginger chives mayonnaise dipping sauce, which was just mouth watering. It was amazing! I highly recommend this dish. Then I had the “Shoyu” Ramen which is a Japanese classic and it was as good as I had it in Japan! The broth, fresh ramen noodles and the egg were all cooked to perfection. Excellent food and equally excellent service! Well done Koto Ramen Pisa! I look forward to coming back! I was too hungry t...
