"Simple, fresh food cooked to absolute perfection! After meandering through the streets we were warmly welcomed to this cosy mountain hotel/Restaurant. The fire was lite and seated in the dining area. The menu consisted of the monthly specials, cold and warm starters, soup, main course and dessert. We could have tried everything on the menu but went for the salad, tartar, salmon, beef, gnocchi and the chocolate to finish with. The salad is the best I’ve had in italy; crisp, fresh and packed with herbs, avocado and all the goodness of local ingredients. My colleague had a generous portion of salmon and we shared the tartar. Unfortunately, for my preference, the tartar was a little flat and flavourless but that’s my preference and I made this aware to the service staff. The beef was accompanied by fresh vegetables and the beef itself cooked on hay; the aroma was fantastic. I tried my colleagues gnocchi and again, very rich, wholesome and perfectly cooked. The kitchen team, from what we sampled excel amazingly in cooking local, fresh ingredients to absolute perfection. There’s no fancy flare or anything out of the ordinary which is the case nowadays with gourmet food. This is simple and extremely tasty. Service was done by a gentleman who was polite and very efficient in his work. Highly recommended!"

apart from the fantastic location (in summer ideal to eat outside,) creativity gets married with a great balance. the chef's passion for his work is perceived. to try for sure. one of the best restaurants in the valley. book early.

We enjoyed a delicious three course meal here; lovely bread with herb butter and red pesto, soup, and beautiful pink lamb fillet with a herb crust and sweet potato, and a creme brulee with passionfruit ice cream and yoghurt foam. The wine list is excellent.

lunch for birthday. we had lunch on the terrace with the three-course menu, wonderful I would not have expected such well-kept and really good dishes. we will definitely come back to try the five-course menu, the attention the courses are surprised so decides the chef, also this and appetizing. for us one of the best restaurants in the valley. style and tastes combine perfectly in the simply well-furnished environments and in the dishes presented with goto. the herbal menu of the vegetable garden and spontaneous herbs is a winning choice to enrich a traditional mountain cuisine. good service: I have however preferred to point out that the bottle of wine opens on the table in the presence of the customer.

We were here on the birthday of my fiancé. I booked a lot in advance and asked to make us settle in a little secluded room also because we brought our dog with us. my request was fully satisfied! dishes are very well cared for as well as delicious, eating from them is a real experience. I recommend everyone to pass by here and make a journey into their culinary culture. the staff is really very friendly and attentive to the needs of the customer.
