Doing some Christmas shopping so decided to go in for Lunch, £17.99 per person, every single thing was cold, food was not good, dry and tasteless,drinks were over priced. Will not be going back. Lots of much better places to eat in Stains, avoid this place.

I was there yesterday and I had a terrible experience ..the lady on the live counter kept ignoring everyone that came to ask for a steak or prawns ,she literally set underneath and kept using phone even tho she knw ppl were waiting may be another technique to save money

The toilets are very dirty. The service was good. We had a lunch meal with a price range of £20-30 per person. The food was rated a 4 out of 5 and the service a 4 out of 5. For a more enjoyable Chinese dining experience with a nicer ambiance, I suggest steering clear of the Kung Fu restaurant. The food they offer is truly revolting, with each dish tasting the same. Dined in for lunch with friend. Food choice over the weekend consists of better variety. However, it was cold and plates were cold. Not to mention there wasn’t any heating and it was freezing cold inside as outside temperature was nearly 0. Filthy bathrooms. Poor service and rude manager . Overall very poor experience. Food was not that hot... had to wait for tables to be set up as we had BOOKED for a group of around 25 to come and it wasnt ready. The place was quite cold inside, And service was mostly friendly apart from one member of staff as we got up to leave saying in a really angry voice 3 HOURS which we hadn 't been as we didn 't get there till almost 4pm and left at 6pm. He had the major hump with us, which I addressed with 2 female staff that he was extremely rude and didn 't need to say that to us... Would we eat in there again No quite frankly. Though we did appreciate them playing the Happy birthday song. For the little girl. Toilets not that good either and they were so cold too. Ver carta
