Having gone three times to Japan and being a big fan of Nipponne cuisine, I was happy to go back to Kura. The decoration is superb, the reception a little cold but why not and the fish, excellent. Ultra fresh. Then why only stars? Because rice seasoning was literally immangeable: sake and bitter, I hated. This is all the more pity I tasted a bowl of rice apart: it was excellent and perfectly cooked! What happened? I don't know, but I'm not done.
