"Pugliese.... NOTHING!!!!!!!! I would say..... I have been to this restaurant with high expectations but the disappointment was so great , that unfortunately I cannot recommend it to anyone. First of all, I write in English, despite the fact, I am Italian, since the menu , shows the names of the dishes, in Italian but the contents are in English, so I stick to this Modus Operandi. I absolutely did not like, the attitude of the waiters and all the staff, because it seemed to me, that the main objective was to get us to eat quickly and then close the restaurant; as for the quality of the dishes, I was very disappointed, both in terms of quality and above all, in terms of prices... I am from Puglia, so who better than me , could qualify the quality , which, I did not taste in any dish... I am truly sorry, to have to not advise this restaurant, which apart from the suggestive place , has nothing else. The prices are INSANE for a quality that is poor to say the least, as is the service. As a customer, I advise you to improve the service, the quality of the products and above all the prices, just as we do in Puglia and perhaps, one day, I might even come back to visit you. "The restaurant is located at the Best Western Hotel Modena District of Campogalliano, it is nicely decorated, but in the Italian way: not very cozi. The menu shows very good choice of dishes. It is varied, and very well thought. Taking into consideration that it is located in Modena, they combine this ingredient with very good taste in some of their dishes. It is understandable it is in the Michelin Guide, but I think Michelin should pay more attention not only how well the dishes are made, but to the rest of the service (e.g., the waiters, tables, places, etc. . I was the oldest lady there, and the waiter served me after the others. The dishes we chose were delicious, the pork filet with pears cooked in Modena sauce and bacon, was divine! The pasta we ordered was also excellent but was quite cold, strange, though.. They have excellent dishes but don't pay attention to this kind of details. I would recommend it, naturally but don't be surprised if they don't pay attention to the small details that also make good impression."
