"Bona Osteria is very popular among the locals more than as an osteria (as they are called , a place for PIZZA CONNAISSEURS. I live here and I go there periodically, both with friends and family and with the customers of my wine and food tours. THEY ARE DEDICATED PIZZA VIRTUOSI, that worked on making perfect, DIFFERENT DOWS: CLASSIC, CHILI and paprika, ANCIENT WHEAT VARIETIES, WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR, HEMP sativa of course : CURRY and turmeric. And of course GLUTEN FREE and kamut. They are EASILY DIGESTIBLE, SINCE THEY ARE RAISED FOR 2 3 DAYS, all so TASTY that you can enjoy them with the simplest topping, even olive oil and salt! I don't have a single favorite pizza, sometimes I get a tasty hemp or curry turmeric one with the lightest toppings, sometimes I feel like biting into a tasty whole wheat pizza with the richest topping. My favourite is teh Calabrese (with NDUJA! , and the MEXICAN,with beans etc, which requires a strong palate, and therefore unfortunately seems to have disappered. Eating there is a feast, I was never disappointed. No one is perfect, teh rooms is a little noisy when one hundred Italians are eating, and teh wine list id not too long. But most people will be happy with their very GOOD TAP BEERS, I suggest the RED one. Cipriano, Tour Guide and Wine andf food Tours expert."

Pizzeria with mostly local people! Pizzas were PERFECTO! And not expensive at all! Nice service! Huge choice and big portions!

21 November 2021 Sunday. place a little hidden outside the restaurant no teaches. but as soon as I got there, I found a lot of kindness. local a little spartan but cute, the opening of cuddly, ham, salami and stracchino, good ingredients. ravioloni to the delicious ragù. Wet boar: east east, one of the best I got. White beans to the perfect bird cooked. Congratulations and good.

Pizzeria (e non solo) molto buona! Grandi varietà di impasti di cui ho particolarmente apprezzato quello con farina di canapa (leggero ma molto saporito). Ottimi gli antipasti, di cui purtroppo non abbiamo fatto le foto per via della fame; al di là di tutto i coccoli stracchino e crudo ed il pecorino fritto con salsa di tartufo erano veramente buoni... ma occhio a non esagerare altrimenti non finirete la pizza! Servizio cordiale e molto disponibile con un prezzo tutto sommato molto conveniente!
