"I'm going to start by saying that we have been customers for a long time, almost every Sunday my parents order a rice paella and twice now the rice is hard and worthless. But the strongest thing was yesterday, my parents, as always, ordered a paella to eat and the smell was already unpleasant and when we started eating we saw that the prawns were rotten inside and smelled very, very bad, then the mussels smelled bad too. in general all seafood!! Like having caught an infection from bad fish. Obviously we went to complain, bringing them almost the entire paella, my father mentioned it to a waiter and he tried it and said that the seafood was indeed in bad condition. But nothing more!! They neither refunded us the €40 for the paella nor told us if we wanted an alternative! They only refunded us the paltry €10 for returning the paella. They are scoundrels and you were lucky that we did not get poisoned from the fish otherwise we would have filed a complaint. They have lost some good customers!
