"Six of us had a lovely meal on Friday evening. We choose the Lange tasting menu. The effort from the kitchen that went into this meal was extraordinary. The amuse bouche was a delicious chicken liver pate shaped like a shell and this was followed by five more dishes exquisitely prepared. The braised lamb cheek was delectable as was the very thinly cut veal accompanied by tuna dollop that was artfully presented. The service was perfect and pleasant. Our vermemtino and barolo wines were ideal and were chosen from a very good slate of wines. I would highly recommend a visit to Cuoco do Latta!"

"we received a gift card omaggiataci at Christmas. when I booked, the operating director came to find an availability that corresponds to our needs and, in the end, we managed to book for our wedding anniversary. the place is very pleasant: soft and soundproofed lights and overlooks the inner courtyard of the relais which, however, is a beautiful location also for ceremonies. the menu is wide with traditional and not proposals, meat, fish and also vegetarian dishes. good quality food, well presented and the quantity for each flow I think is well calibrated. wine paper quite wide. correct prices compared to service and quality. very courteous staff, attentive and prepared. the faithful who accompanied us during our dinner were impeccable. We'll definitely come back."

"Pranzo davvero spettacolare: perfetto il cibo, dai sapori equilibrati e perfettamente accostati. Sono presenti sia scelte di carne che di pesce, e alcune opzioni vegetariane. Abbiamo molto apprezzato gli antipasti (superlative le crocchette di baccalà ; i passatelli pasta fatta in casa fuori menù del giorno dalla consistenza perfetta e sapore delicato. Tra i dolci la sfoglia (scomposta con crema Chantilly e fragole, e la torta di mele tiepida con un inebriante profumo di cannella che ricorda lo strudel con gelato alla crema, sono stati la degna conclusione di un ottimo pasto. Ampia la carta dei vini. Servizio impeccabile e ambiente elegante, con musica di sottofondo molto gradevole."

"we had two nights later. the first night was on Friday the day of arrival. There was a boy in the room very kind unfortunately I don't know the name. on the second evening of Saturday we repeated because it was too cold and we preferred to stay in the hotel there was a girl too nice and kind that I do not know the name but she wore tattoos on an arm. the dinner was pleasant as however the service prices in the norm. we were good"
