"Sono stato a cena nell'osteria. Bel locale, ben arredato e alla moda. Come avevo sentito, la bomba di riso, che non mangiavo da secoli, era buonissima e abbondante. Ottima bottiglia di Franciacorta e qualche fetta di salame e quindi un dolce semplice ma buono, pere cotte con il cioccolato. Bisognerà proprio tornarci per esplorare le altre proposte. Servizio efficiente e simpatico staff tutto al femminile."

"help! we went on the purpose to eat the pinsa, we put ourselves we choose between the different types of pinsa and only when they tell us that they do not pins for this evening and we point out that we did it for an hour on the road, but they are not moved. we order (the menu does not offer many alternatives to pina beside sandwiches) a grilled chicken breast with carrots instead of salat, if possible ... obviously they say yes, but then the hen comes with salat from the whole bag soft, the breast were not cooked 2 steaks, the others order spaghetti with garlic and oil overcooked. for dessert we choose a Catalan cream ... they passed the caramel cup with the torch (seen do it), which are cut to a blunt with a knife. there was also a smell of zigarettes. I can only advise for our experience."

"We enjoyed a delicious dinner at the Giustospirito restaurant in Reggio Emilia on a weeknight. Located in an imposing building with large windows that allow you to take a look inside, in particular the area dedicated to beer production, the place welcomed us with a welcoming and evocative atmosphere. Once you crossed the threshold, the interior proved to live up to the expectations created by the outside: a spacious room with different types of tables, one part of which was slightly raised to give a touch of originality. The furnishings, with references to the world of beer and tradition, contributed to creating a unique and welcoming atmosphere. The tables, simply but carefully set, were comfortable and impeccably clean. We opted for a fresh and tasty mixed salad with olives and stracciatella as a starter: a delicate and rich dish, with tasty olives and a fresh stracciatella that blended harmoniously with the vegetables. We then savored a succulent slice of beef with rocket, lettuce and roasted potatoes in their skins. The meat, fresh and tender, was cooked rare, although we would have appreciated a light extra crust to enhance the flavour. However, overall, the tagliatelle was tasty and definitely recommended. The roasted potatoes with rosemary were really delicious and proved to be a perfect accompaniment, all accompanied by their craft beer. The dessert menu featured a vast selection of delicacies that are sure to please any palate. Giustospirito in Reggio Emilia confirms itself as an ideal place for quick lunches or relaxing dinners in the company of good food and good company. Highly recommended! "Tappa fissa per noi ogni volta che siamo in Emilia (abbiamo una seconda casa nella zona e veniamo circa un paio di volte al mese). Credo nel tempo di aver assaggiato tutto il menu, ogni piatto eccezionale seppur a volte nella loro semplicità. Un locale garanzia di buona cucina, gentilezza e serenità. Il personale è gentile, attento e premuroso! Lo consiglio davvero a tutti. Per noi ormai un posto dove ci si sente a casa"
