Friendly location, warm service and very good meal with fresh and well cooked products! I recommend!

We took a burger. It was limited to two slices of dried bread with a sheet of coated lettuce, low-end ketchup and an uncooked steak. All for 16 euros. There are no other words. It's a scam!

2nd visit to this establishment. It is a treat at all points of view: the dishes are excellent and the service very pleasant. Very little wait and smiling servers. Special mention to the waiter who was looking for me an extra chocolate square. Quickly my next visit Ver carta

this place is part of the normality of Parisian tourist restaurants. products with important names but with flavors between the industrial and the home fact. Not cleaned. average high prices. without pretention. well if you don't have an alternative. friendly staff

If you want to go for tourist pigeons, this place is for you. As you may have understood, this establishment is to be avoided so as not to say to flee! The reception is more than uncommon, seeing irrespective (for them, you are an extra sheep.) food is execrable and hygiene conditions are more than limit, see doubtful. all this for prohibitive rates...I tell you once again, pass your way... and if you are attached to the daguerre street, you have restaurants and quality breweries that respect each other within a radius of 200 meters... a good listener

Went for lunch today at this decidedly meaty cafe not really wanting meat. I ordered the Salade Rose Cocotte, with smoked salmon and a chevre tartine. It was *so* good. My glass of Sancerre was cold and perfect, and the coffee delicious. Service was fast and friendly, though not the over-the-top American style friendly that I think some reviewers want to receive. Staff spoke English to me though I was speaking French, so I don't understand some of the other comments here re that. Though when one is in France, it seems obvious that the residents will be speaking French. But make the slightest effort in Paris and you will be met with helpfulness.
