I can only compliment the owners and the staff for the great dinner we had in this lovely place in Ciampino. The place is clean and the service quick, warm and friendly, the way only Italians can welcome you, when they offer the best food they have. We enjoyed a bruschetta to start and the top was the pasta: cacio e pepe and a carbonara with such a perfectly crispy guanciale, so creamy, balanced and tasty I am still dreaming of it. We enjoyed a fresh Falanghina with it. We ordered panna cotta for dessert and the house offered the liquor, Italian generosity as per tradition. I can well say the perfect dinner to beautifully sign a lovely friendship we were celebrating and a great stay in Rome...
