"As a customer for years with my partner, we were going from time to time. Last Saturday as we ordered the forest pasta and my companion the Saumon has the map, It was not our surprise when the dishes arrived.... My almost hot dish, the fade sauce, the dish without taste. My companion his fish was very dry .... We infant him and share it with the boss on the spot... and we say we have to add lemon because the kitchen is made without salt !!!! I'm surprised and I'm answering him, I'm not saying it's not salty... but without Taste none! The guy takes more time to take care of the dogs in a terasse than his clients. The waitress we republished our discontent has no meaning! In the evening, we send an e-mail to explain our discontent and never received an answer!!!! Top, respect for customers after several years... Super Pro... Walking, We will remember! We'll never see each other again. We loved this place."

"De retour d'un weekend prolongé sur la côte méditerranéenne, nous sommes à la recherche d'un joli village à découvrir pour faire une pause sur la route. On tombe sur Lagrasse, petite bourgade chargée d'histoire. Après un tour sur Tripadvisor, on choisit d'aller déjeuner à l'Hostellerie de Corbières. Un coup de fil plus tard, la table est réservée. A notre arrivée on est charmés par le village. On trouve le restaurant où nous sommes accueillis avec le sourire par Alexandra, qui assure le service. On s'installe sur la terrase, on a de la chance, le soleil est de sortie et on commande le menu à 31€ que l'on accompagne d'un très bon rosé du coin.Les entrées arrivent, très joliment présentées, ce sera un tartare de daurade à la mangue et à l'avocat pour moi... un délice!En suivant on se laisse tenter par du porc confit accompagné de tagliatelles, le tout sublimé par une émulsion de carbonara. C'est fin, savoureux, parfaitement cuit.Pour le dessert, je prend des oreillettes avec une crème fouettée à la fleur d'orangé, et je retrouve des gouts d'enfance.Avant de partir, on prend le temps de discuter avec Alexandra, du restaurant, de tout, de rien, de Marius et de la Victoire. On a passé un moment comme on les aime, simple, plein de découverte et on s'est régalés.Allez-y et savourez."
