"I have been here before and was very impressed for the innovative approach to the cuisine and ingredienst. I have been again for dinner on a very hot summer evening and tried the excellent culatello and pork shoulder from Massimo Spigaroli, the top producer of this cured meat. The portion was not generous, but after all these ingredients are expensive. I was then attracted by a slowly braised veal cheek, advertised 'with potatoes ' and something else. The meat was succulent, very tender and excellent, but the 'potatoes ' were reduced to a kind of whitish broth, not particularly tasty either. No other vegetable was visible. And this is, in my view a mistake. In fact when I asked for some vegetables I was told that the asparagus had passed its sell-by date and therefore had been condemned. Fair enough, but there are still plenty of good vegetables on the market, and a good restaurant should provide a good selection.The dessert was good, and the choice of wines reasonable (but more can be done in this department). To sum up, I was more impressed the first time, and one of my guests also enjoyed an aubergine flan very much, but I am a little concern that this pleace which has very good potential may be slackening."

nice restaurant although the outdoor space is very small. the menu is varied and would seem very accurate but the substance leaves a little disappointed. too high price for food quality.

Best restaurant, very friendly staff. It was a real pleasure to eat dinner . All the food was very tasty, I had salami for antipasti, pork chin and lava cake. I’m strongly recommend this place! You won’t be disappointed!

I was with four friends on Saturday night. Mr President, I would like to thank the rapporteur for his excellent report. we returned after a few years: we confirm the goodness of food, and the youthful place! only “defects” a little long at the service of the second course.

What do you mean? All very good from bread to coffee! staff available and interested in that everything went well, but never intrusive, the menu is characterized by special dishes that stand out for the originality and contrast of flavors. I personally tried to tartare of meat with mustard ice cream, quail with purple chips, pumpkin chaplains and deer with berries and apple puree. all really delicious! recommended

good restaurant in a very central location in pleasure. well cared for both the dehors and the inside. the kitchen offers very interesting snacks, although with some small imperfections (absolutely tolerable. ) definitely the offer is distinguished from the average of the restaurants in the city. really good desserts and the small pastry that accompanied the coffee. the price/quality ratio, in line with the excellent raw materials. In my opinion, the price of the cellar is a little high, but it is well maintained.

"We booked a table for 8 to celebrate new year 's. Luckily for our wallets it was only 3 men and 5 girls, otherwise we would have kept on picking more and more bottles out of the plenteous wine list (that was by the way a selection). My wine of choice was an unreal pinot nero, that I 'm so looking forward to drinking again very soon. Let 's get back to the food: amuse bouche was a very nice oyster made with a salad leaf, bread crostino and a quenelle of codfish and potatoes. I would say it was a little fishy, considering that i had only meat after, but it was delicious. My choice of starter was a very abundant portion of foie gras with dried fruits and pan brioche. I would say that the truffle shaved on one of the slices of the bread was a little too much for the palate, a lot of wonderful tastes sometimes can diminish the whole flavor, but considering this as an osteria, that 'll do. My main course was something I 'd call a culinary masterpiece: saffron pistils risotto with veal sweetbreads and shaved truffle: an explosion of extremely well balanced tastes that will hardly leave my food memories! I dont think i have ever had a better risotto. To close my new year 's meal, a chocolate variation that i regret not taking only for myself, as I decided to share it. 2 side notes i must give as a skilled professional in f&b: the wine opening and taste is a ritual that must not be skipped or forgotten, so to say wine is ok to me ain 't enough. The table setting was simple and beautiful, the room was a little empty, perhaps some more decoration would be nice. I 'll be a returning and devoted customer, starting from the opening day of the enoteca. Can 't wait to share a bottle with my wife next spring! Thank you!"
