But let 's get to the dishes: simply... exquisitely... spectacular. And not only unforgettable on the palate but also original. The appetizer, a sort of bruschetta with melted cheese, pears, honey and thyme, is something magical in taste; the Gricia never tasted before has become one of my favorite Roman dishes and the raviolini... a work of a chef-engineer so small but precise. The waitresses were both very kind, sweet and smiling. In short, if you are looking for dinner, a quiet place to be pampered and a menu outside the tourist dishes, this is suitable for you.
