Ristorante delizioso, curato anche nell' allestimento. Un menù che da anni è una garanzia, ricercato, dettagliato,, onesto e squisito. Consiglio vivamente i secondi di carne, e da non sottovalutare la purea di ceci ai porcini. inoltre consiglio le portate di Antipasti, 9 portate deliziose

I was there yesterday, I ordered a starter of the house, a first and dessert. it was all delicious, the fish was fresh and excellent goto. the waiters are friendly and professional, ready to make you feel at ease. the place is suggestive and intimate, not too big but cared for in detail. restaurant south of the Salento hinterland easily reachable, charming and spacious. friendly and diligent staff in following the regulations covid19. delicious dishes with excellent raw materials coming from the right quantities (even if I would prefer some tortello in more very panoramic (and delicious) the curdle faded in white wine when served by the waiter. the delicious dessert to finish perfectly the dinner. does not receive five stars (but we are very close) only because I consider the prices to be slightly retouched.

It is really worth visiting this restaurant, at least to try once the flambé pasta maintained in the form of grana, the specialty of the house, which is distinguished by the typical dishes and products of Salento. apart from the scenographic aspect, the pasta is really delicious and, do not deceive the appearance, very delicate and creamy at the same time. the portions are abundant so that apart from a dessert n we managed to eat more. However, we will return with pleasure also for the cozy and well-kept environment, both internal and external.

I was with my whole family in this nice restaurant with beautiful and evocative setting. kind and professional staff but with a flaw: no green pass was asked to anyone in the interior room despite being full of adventurous of all ages. excellent mixed appetizers of the house while choreographic was the presentation of the pasta to the burger, cooked in a large form of cheese. However, the dish was not up to this presentation. it is cacio pasta and pepper with the addition of cream. instead I recommend the excellent linguine with chickpeas and clams. excellent also the sweets of the house.
