4 young people in fast, coefficients and more very friendly. Satisfecit also in the kitchen, my magret was just sublime. I strongly recommend to meat lovers.

a modern setting a quick and friendly service here are the most. less the formulas not given 21 euros for fried meat cooking too cooked for us the quality of the meat that was average. short don't compete with the ward who wants! !

around 20€ the formulas are of quality in this ancient brewery. the service is professional and coming. I enjoyed the quality of meat and homemade fries. I also liked the bistro/brasserie decor and the terrace with the view of Saint-Etienne.For those who enjoy tradition. I'll be back.

for 20 or 21 euros you have to choose a stir with its small sauce, a fake net, a magret and other grilled meats accompanied by walnut salad and excellent fries. at first the restaurant is welcoming and modern. The second impression is medium and stressful. servers seem to have as purpose to get you out as soon as possible. The dishes are very medium. everything is standardised fries and sauce identical to all menus. cooking must not often see vegetables. cleanliness rules also seem very simplified. I agree with a previous reviewer who said this place does basically the same thing as the hugely popular Entrecote restaurant, but better. This is our go-to restaurant if we're craving the salad/meat/fries formula that seems to be a "thing" here. We've never had a problem with the service, and the ambience is quite nice (try to get a table on the terrace in summer). A different reviewer complained about the "sad" salad – yes, it is rather spare (just lettuce, walnuts and dressing), but honestly, that's par for the course in many Toulouse restaurants where your meal comes with an appetiser salad. My only complaint would be that they don't put course salt on the magret de canard like some rest...

I used to have dinner at this restaurant about fifteen years ago and it was a safe value. We decided to go back to town. and globally: what disappointment! We were the first for the evening service and the toilet was very dirty. This means that the toilets are not cleaned before each service! the staff was pleasant but 4 servers were rounding the cross arms while waiting for the client. One of them could have made the toilet! menu at 21 €.... Input salad with some nuts. ... nothing exceptional. The next meat was very good. But fortunately at this price! We ate here often, three years ago and returning this month keen to see if it was a good. Now summer and very hot we ate outside but have to endure smokers all around - when will France join the civilised world and ban smoking wherever food is served! The food was as good as ever, it's a simple menu with few choices for mains and non for entrée but all well prepared and presented. Service was a little confused at first when we were told there was no white wine as there hadn't been a delivery that day.....utterly bizarre story. Then a glass of white wine appeared!
