"Hello, if I could put 10 stars, I'd put them without hesitation. We booked a table for 2 with a wonderbox, already, the gentleman that I had on the phone for the reservation was very nice and pleasant, and during our arrival in the hostel, the welcome was perfect, this gentleman was very pleasant and nice, then we had the good surprise to have a wine to the orange, a first dish as a way of entry, we took delicacies of the Royan dessert It's our 2nd wonderbox meal in 2 different restaurants and I can say that the 2 aren't worth it, here we have a perfect evening, a delicious meal, in a warm and quiet atmosphere, perfect for us. Thank you again, gentlemen Jérémie and Justine"

"My wife and I ate at this 1* Michelin restaurant on the edge of Grasse in Maganos last night, and it is by far the best new discovery in the Côte d’Azur we have come across this summer. The restaurant is family owned and operated, featuring Sébastien Giraud as the head chef and his wife Madame Giraud as the maître d’. The location offers a beautiful view down through the valley of Grasse, and it is relatively quiet even though it is on a main artery into Grasse from the east. There are only 15 or so covers, and this – in my opinion – is a benefit to patrons both in terms of quality of food and service. The food was absolutely excellent. It is not fussy per se, but features local seasonal ingredients, which is obvious from the first dish. It is creative as well, but not in a way that gets in the way of the taste of the food. On offer is either a 3- or 4-course dinner, at prices of €39 and €55. For quality of the experience, this is outstanding value. Wines are readily available by the bottle or glass, with the latter offerings well-matched with the food and not “over-the-top” expensive. I had fresh tomato and crabmeat starter, followed by the turbot, then a smoked chicken in a lovely broth, and a marvellous finisher, opting for cheese rather than desert. The cheese was special, in that it was a creamy and rather light cheese mousse with summer truffles. All dishes are modest in size and prepared with seasonal (and locally-sourced) ingredients, garnished in a way that makes the flavours come to life. Nothing about the food was disappointing! The service was also excellent, with Mdm Giraud assisted by her very capable son in serving diners. Both French and English are spoken. There is no air at all about this place, which is casual and inviting. With outstanding food, excellent service, a pleasant ambience, and good value, Au Fil du Temp is one of the best finds in this region I have come across in some time, and I highly recommend it."

"Beautiful place whit great food. When you see this restaurant on this beautiful street you just have to sit down. We had that feeling and we did not make any mistake. We did a great meal whit wonderful wine and great and easy service.Try to sit outside on the small but very nice tables than the plesaure is more greater. In the end this little town is so beautiful so that impression are more wonderful."

"Cadre original dans une ancienne école, c'est joli et ça nous fait rajeunir. La terrasse ombragée d'un gros tilleul est splendide. Accueil courtois et service soigné, il y a du monde pour s'occuper de vous. La formule est à la fois onéreuse et restrictive, ...mais on est dans le sud alors réjouissons nous déjà si les produits sont bon et bien travaillés, c'est le cas : c'est joli et c'est bon, de l'entrée au dessert. Alors pourquoi seulement 3 ? Il n'y a pas de demi point. Ma vraie note est de 3,5 mais comparée à d'autres la scolarité se paye vraiment un peu trop cher."
