An excellent dish, particularly delicious and worked. For the rest, it was not at the level: a large plate of smoked salmon that was quite fat in the entrance and a mellow chocolate instead of dessert. The meal as a whole was correct, the pleasant setting, but for the price and despite the very successful dish, it is a little light. Maybe. I didn't have a chance, anyway I don't understand the torrents of praise that brought me to that table.
