Haute cuisine with brilliant and professional service. The dishes are beautifully presented, as you 'd expect for the higher price. We had 3 courses each with a €60 bottle of 2021 sauvignon blanc to share. The wine was great (although a 3x markup over store price is a bit steep). The starters were probably the best part, with interesting flavour combinations and fantastic presentation. The mains were tasty but not as exciting. The langoustine main had too little langoustine, and serving it on butterbeans felt a bit basic.
