"This was the first time we left a hotel feeling bad. The hotel is not a Relais chateaux only the prices are. The breakfast is supermarket quality, with rotten fruits, old bread, the poached egg which was not made with enthousiasm the chef was chatting with friends and was annoyed that he had to prepare it) were raw, drenched in water. And I’m talking about the chef, of the Michelin star restaurant. When we gave feedback he seemed not interested at all. They did absolutely nothing to make up for it or to make us feel welcome. The reception is cold and unfriendly, but arrogant too. Rooms are small, sober, bathrooms are claustrofobicly small. The hotel and the food are not ok!!! Stay away if you are a gourmand. We had to write to Relais et Chateaux for the first time in 40 years, this hotel is a big stain on their perfect resume. Really really disappointed"

We ate here three nights while staying at the hotel. Wonderful Alsatian food. We had some fish in a risotto and a sausage plate that stood out.

Very beautiful frame. Nice dining room. Very good service. All right. On the other hand very disappointed by the sauerkraut. Scented meats and especially tasteless. The knack and the white bolt assipid. Bad **** for me. I find high prices. For the very small alsatian specialities menu. No steakehoffe! Ver carta

Great brewery, excellent service. You can say the starred restaurant is next door. Strongly recommended, a real alternative to tourist restaurants. (Original view) Tolle Brasserie, top service. Man merkt, dass das Sternerestaurant nebenan ist. Sehr zu empfehlen, eine echte Alternative zu den Touristenrestaurants.

Very good meal (good entrance); a delicious and sought-after dish; chocolate marrow with dessert not bad without any more), super pleasant frame in a small inner courtyard. Quality of unequal service: some very polite and pleasant, others a little brusque or even unpleasant what would happen willingly. But in general, it's a good time.

We stayed at the Masion des Tetes and had driven all day through the Alsatian wine towns; so did not wish to go far for dinner. The Brasserie was super convenient being in the hotel and we enjoyed the classic paneled surroundings. Our meal was good and wine excellent. It was a weekday night and the hotel faces a busy shopping street. But as it was after shopping hours, few were in the brasserie which made for a quiet dinner, but we might have enjoyed having the company of more diners! Ver carta

One of the best restaurants in Colmar. Hervorragendes Menü at fixed prices for lunch in a historical and rustic setting. Deigned with his plate name Michelin now that Chef Girardin has put his hand on it and has improved the offers.

Beautiful building.expected to be treated to a finer dining experience. Food was average with some degree of bland. Rather pricey for the lack of quality. Service was uneven and somewhat indiffferent. Did not check on table after serving main course; broke cork when opening wine which could happen to anyone) but did not offer another bottle even though there was pieces of cork in the wine. When questioned about a dessert soufflé , was informed that it was supposed to be served that way even though not normally undercooked. Would not retrurn here and advise others to find alternatives.

"came last night to dinner in the beautiful colmar. we booked a few weeks before the visit, although it was a weekday. but that was good. the place was completely booked, several people were turned away during dinner. staff and owners here are very friendly, very helpful and extremely attentive. you really feel welcome and take care of it. after the complementary amuse bouche we have our starter: the foie gras (ente and gänse.) two generous discs of the best quality. smooth silky, great aromas. it was great. also good to share (because our head was pretty big) then we went to our head: bouillabaisse! a rich fish soup, one of the famous classic French dishes. here it is presented in three portions. So it's a pretty big, filling food. the broth of the suppe itself was really full of wonderful aromas. large equal weight of seasoned and salt. the first plate came with lobster dick. on the side was crispy brot, screed and crushed cheese. put the scab on the brot and the tip it with cheese. put it in the suppe, shake it for a short time and eat. great combination! the second and third portion came with different species of fish. all of high quality. all with very few fish bones. after three plates, each bouillabaisse had disappeared and we were pretty full. a really fantastic meal, great bouillabaisse. it is served only by two people and above. other elements in the menu also looked very good. but perhaps for another time. definitiw a great restaurant. starter, bottle crémant and bouillabaisse for two for about 150 euro. fairer price for a michelin restaurant of this quality. highly recommended."
