"Locale situato sulla strada che percorre il confine del lago; parcheggio disponibile a 200 metri dal locale (in stagione la zona è molto trafficata). Alcuni posti a sedere fuori a bordo strada (con il traffico non è proprio così piacevole). Il personale molto gentile e disponibile ci ha spostato appena possibile dentro che è climatizzato). Il menù è di ispirazione Toscana (visto anche il nome del locale) con primi della tradizione della regione e volendo anche le solite fiorentine e costate. Noi abbiamo preso un primo ed una verdura grigliata; i piatti erano piacevoli anche se non proprio abbondantissimi ed i prezzi nella norma per un posto così. Locale adatto per chi è di passaggio ad ora di pranzo; peccato per il limitato spazio esterno anche se con vista sul lago."

"Posto carino, camerieri simpatici, forse un po' caro per quello che abbiamo mangiato, ma il cibo è buono, anzi devo dire che non ho mai amato il pesce di lago e mi sono dovuta ricredere. L'esterno anche è molto carino, perfettissimo per far giocare i bambini in tranquillità, non ci sono strade trafficate vicine. La vista del lago è molto bella! Lo consiglio assolutamente Vegetarian options: Mmm non credo ci siano piatti vegetariani, a parte i contorni, è praticamente tutto pesce di lago. Kid-friendliness: Perfetto per i bambini! C'è un ampio spazio all'estero con giochi ed un bel prato su cui giocare a pallone. Parking: Il parcheggio è un ampio piazzale brecciato con alberi, quindi se si è fortunati si può anche parcheggiare all'ombra. Wheelchair accessibility: Potrebbe essere un po' complicato, dal parcheggio con breccia al piccolo piazzale davanti l'ingresso con gradino. Anche per andare verso il lago mi pare si debba scendere un gradino. Magari c'è una rampa di accesso per disabili ed io non l'ho notata ‍"

"open for a few months but now absolutely a must in the lake context. It is not the first time that with my partner we dine here and on every occasion we have had the opportunity to taste traditional dishes revisited with care, without any detail being missed. the local is friendly, the staff (family management) friendly and prepared, both in the display of the dishes and in the matching of the wines. raw materials, carefully sought, are composed in dishes with elegance and goto, the chef is really good! What to say, try and you will not regret it! in photo an exquisite risotto with cuttlefish with cuttlefish and squid and cod cream, a delicacy."

"We noticed that there were reviews just for the restaurant, (we stay at the hotel and eat here), so allow us to add our suggestions. This is an old fashioned place that attracts Italians who want genuine Umbrian cooking. Fresh vegetables, lake fish, roasted meats and most things you'd find in an Umbria cook book translated into English. The Hotel has an air conditioned dining room and a pleasant open air veranda where in the season, you can eat surrounded by pots of flowering plants. When their pizzeria, open each evening, gets crowded with local families, we like to dine on the veranda in the evening. What T/A readers may not know is that lunch is served 7 days a week in the season and it is cooked by Mama Gabriella, a fabulous cook. You can have a quick bite or a full blown meal. We rave about the lake fish (i filettti di persico) dipped in flour and fried in butter and sage leaves! Not to mention the lake fish pasta!! The freshest of mixed salads, vegetables picked from the garden that morning. If you are driving anywhere near the Torricella junction of the superstrada between Perugia and Castiglione del Lago stop for lunch or supper, Umbrian food at its best. The pizzeria is deservedly popular and has simpler dishes but they are happy to provide what you want to eat, so just ask."
