"It was a few years that I wanted to try Carbonella in Rio Salso. Finally a few days ago I had the opportunity! The welcome of Mattia and Martina is warm and sincere but at the same time professional. It's between friends. You go from a few chats to get to know the exact description of the delicacies that are cooking in the kitchen. And in the kitchen there is no normal grill.. there is Josper an oven-grille of Spanish origin that allows to grill, toast, smoke with vegetable coal creating an unparalleled juicy and crisp final product. (I don't know exactly the characteristics but Mattia will explain to you. Clearly in the kitchen there is also a great cook, Isidoro that we had the opportunity to get to know quickly at the end of dinner. Given the pleasant temperature we had dinner in the garden. The serene atmosphere of the room also facilitates the chat between the tables, so that our children have escaped to play in the lawn with the children of other tables Ah yes we also ate!
