Un jeune chef talentueux qui des mises en bouche aux desserts nous a surpris et ravi.Une adresse encore peu connue qui mérite le détour.

Du début à la fin.... que du ravissement pour les yeux et de l'enchantement pour les papilles et jusqu'au bout avec un Irish Coffee vraiment excellent qui terminait cette superbe soirée en famille. Ver carta

A perfect service, 2 choices of menus (35€ and 45€ with dessert dishes. Very good wines. The dishes are delicious and original there’s nothing to say about this restaurant A very cute comrade but who lacks a little light and can be a musical atmosphere If only they were all like that!

Il faut le trouver, caché dans la forêt de chênes à l'écart du Salagou, mais il mérite largement le détour. Agréable terrasse, service sympathique et efficace, carte courte mais attrayante, belles assiettes remarquablement présentées avec des spécialités revisitées avec bonheur. Large carte de vins, surtout de la région. Le tout à des prix raisonnables. Une vraie découverte, recommandée sans aucune réserve. Ver carta

Restaurant located in Octon to Lake Salagou, which belongs to a hotel, quite isolated. The exterior frame made you want on the site, unfortunately we had dinner inside and the decor seemed a bit old, the sad atmosphere perhaps by the absence of a musical background. Regarding the food we ate very well, it was refined and original, only flat the card was quite small in choice and the prices seemed excessive for what was proposed.

très bien reçus , un personnel très attentif dans un cadre tranquille - site agréable et préservé.2 menus au choix - bien équilibrés. Mise en bouches et mignardise pour le café , rien à redire , que du bonheur. La qualité des produits et la présentation , tout était réussi.Une adresse que nous retiendrons et nous y retournerons volontiers.Des prix très corrects pour les menus. Nous remercions particulièrement toute l'équipe pour leurgentillesse.
