Fantastic restaurant with excellent food and great service. The pasta is superb and try the truffles. Will definitely go back. Well worth trying.

I have an apartment in sarnano, so i spend several months every year in the centro storico. And every time i come back to sarnano i come back again to this restaurant. It is the most creative and best restaurant in the area, The wines are excellent, also the cheeses and all the courses. It must not be missed,

We eaten here a few times now and we love it. From the menu which changes regularly and fabulous food to the delicious house red wine to the super friendly welcoming staff. Come in the winter it’s cosy and warm and in the summer eat on the terrace and admire the view. It is one of our favourite restaurants in an region of great food.

Lovely location with beautiful mountain views of the Sibilinis. Quaint restaurant with a very friendly owner who mentioned it was fish day so we said great and that was our order! She brought fresh shrimp and clam appetizers followed by pasta with shellfish and then more fish on its own for a second plate. House Chardonnay went very well with the meal. We’ll definitely be back!

We already have many years a house close to Sarnano, but today for the first time went to to the restaurant for lunch. And we loved it. The antipasti misto is the hit. Very innovative dishes, home made ravioli. Nice shady outside seating with beautiful views. Very good service, one of the brothers ? also spoke very good English. Bill was under 50 Euro, very good value for money.

Came away a little disappointed from this highly rated restaurant overlooking the hills around Sarnano. The mixed meat and cheese platter was very tasty but an extraordinarily strong cheese in the asparagus flan antipasti obliterated all other flavours. The secondi's were the main let down. The lamb with chicory was over-cooked, very dry and very chewy in places. We ordered the patate bollente to go with it expecting great things but what we got was one hasselback potato in a paper bag with a thin shimmer of pancetta on it. It looked ordinary and tasted ordinary, particularly for €4 per potato. My wife had a roast chicken dish which looked good but the main part of the chicken was again rath...

In these tricky times it has been great to be able to support this restaurant at lunchtime as of course everywhere is shut in the evenings. We have had lunch here twice in the last couple of weeks and both times have been excellent,plenty of space between tables and everyone behaving very carefully and the food has been wonderful. Very unusual dishes for this part of Italy yesterday we had a mixed antipasti of trout carpaccio, trout with polenta and porcini, one with orange zest, all delicious. Followed by primi of caramelle shaped pasta with meat filling and forest flavours, secondi of carpaccio of wild boar and vitello with porcini and their signature potatoes baked in paper with olive oil...

Had heard great things about this restaurant. Nice shared starter of cheese and meat, as is fairly standard for restaurants in the area. We shared a pistachio, burrata and tomato ravioli that was simply sublime. Mains of lamb were very disappointing lamb over grilled with chicory which was very burnt adding to the overly bitter flavour from the chicory. We ordered the Patata Bollante. What a disappointment for a namesake. It was a poorly cooked Hasselback potato even choosing the wrong variety of potato (a floury white potato). To compound the problem it was roasted ‘en papillote”. It was a claggy, bland affair that I’d probably discard in my own kitchen as an experiment too far ….. Hasselba...
