"The staff and the owner we very welcoming and helpful. We didn't understand everything on the menu but the owner explained the dishes to us and gave a few recommendations, which we took. Tried food we've never had before. It all was delicious and the prices reasonable. The atmosphere was relaxing and social. Will go back before vacation ends. Highly recommend it."

"dove cominciare: Arriviamo la sera del mio compleanno, accolta da una cameriera molto gentile e molto bella che, non appena scopre che è il mio compleanno, ci accompagna al tavolo da cucina privato proprio sopra la porta del villaggio di montichiello con una splendida vista sulla valle di orch. vista folle, benvenuto aperitivo con bollicine ed entrè dello chef moraino di vicenza, persona eccezionale e dal cuore enorme che ci ha seguito tutta la sera. Piatti eccezionali, oltre agli antipasti nella foto abbiamo la cena con pere all'aglione e pici allo ragù bianco (non dimenticabile). abbiamo chiacchierato tardi e lasciato con lo chef come amici con mille consigli sulla valle e luoghi da visitare. anche il caffè era inimitabile. tutto accompagnato da un rosso chiaro e oca. prezzo onesto e con vista e cucina del genere assolutamente approvato. Voto in eccesso."

"We got married in Pienza and had our wedding dinner at Idyllium. We were so impressed! It is beautiful and you couldn't ask for more a stunning view than eating on their terrace. We were a party of 11 and they worked with us all evening, including when we were running late. They took the guests orders a la carte and made me a full vegan meal. (The tart they made for me was perfection. I was so sad I couldn't take the leftovers with me! We got comments from all of our guests about the location and the food and the drinks. We are so lucky they would host us. We can't wait to return (without having to worry about 9 other wedding guests!"

"we stayed at dinner in this restaurant, booking through the fork. they had not taken time to book and so we waited a few minutes to sit, service in the very courteous room of the state and asked us many times excuse. the nice room with a minimal decor, which does not disturb. food was good with good quality of meat. the only thing that leaves me perplexed was the price of drinks: 7 for a craft beer of a lot and also 6 for the cantucci with the saint of vin did not seem an optimal price even if always a local product.) the place deserves however and I invite everyone to go to eat l to try."

"We had reservations for 7 pm and were seated a bit after that. We did not see a server for about 20 minutes and when we finally did he needed help with what we wanted. In the mesntime a table of 15 came in about 10 minutes after us andwere seated behind us and they started to receive their food snd drink right away. There was another couple next to us that waited even longer than us. We finally got our drinks and first course. We then saw the server bring out what was to be our main dish before first dish came. It was a Florentine T bone done medium rare, Ivtold him thatwas to be our second so he took it back. Needless to say when it was servef it was straight from the warming table. He said they could cook a new one but given the tome it took for this one I. I asked for the check and waited another 20 minutes before it finally came. My last comment would be….overrated."
