Very warm welcome, excellent cuisine, very clean and very cozy room, superb panorama. Top!

Very very average food. But above all a piece of advice to count the bill again at the end of the meal I was billed almost double and that more than once.

Not quite sure about this place certainly democratically priced room. The restaurant was interesting we had the game menu which was rather good. Service on the other hand was a little equivocal maybe a bit too nonchalant and non-attentive to my taste.

Far from expectations. We were told it’s the best in town. Well, it’s far from being the best. Beef/steaks were okeish, the lamb was not cooked enough, side orders boring, kids’ menus very poor, they had some good wines .. but far from cheap. All in all not good, rather expensive and they don’t accept Amex. We won’t return. Ver carta

I have trouble with the false mountain atmosphere decor and the “gastro” service aspect. Tables already set for the meal at 11 a.m.... enough to dissuade you from drinking a coffee or an aperitif. I don't go to the mountains to find the constraints of the city. My comments reflect my opinion only. Others will be delighted to find city codes and comfort there.

A good hunt on Ardoise is special and for me it's not my thing. The quality of the meat is excellent, the 3 pepper sauce is a really succulent accompaniment, however the garnish that goes with it I find it a shame that it is mixed, plus I didn't have any chestnut too bad. The price is right and the desserts are simply magnificent The service is very professional and very friendly.

My husband and I went to this hotel for a one-night stay which included entries to the nearby spa (2 minutes by car) and a choice of three different meat-based fondues in the evening (chinoise, vigneronne or glareyarde). The welcome was warm and friendly. The room as well as the restaurant are tastefully decorated in an alpine style which we found very cozy and very detail oriented. Our only issue was with some of the service during dinner. One waitress was wonderful and very attentive. However, another waitress was spending more time talking to two of her friends at one table and basically ignoring other tables. She did not even greet us or present herself when she came to our table, basica... Ver carta
