Dinner experience for a couple not entirely satisfying, we expected something better; disappointing course of octopus in puffed rice batter, stringy octopus and amise bouche offered as an entry with tasteless prawn covered in cold pink sauce, we wanted to try this experience, but we were dissatisfied, covered at a cost of €4 each which was excessive. The very negative reviews are not at all or difficult to understand or are due to coincidences or the high season in this location right on the beach, which certainly shouldn't be the case with such demands from the high-priced restaurant. We had perfect, friendly service with good wine advice in a completely newly renovated restaurant. The food was flawless! We had a great, relaxing evening. Let me put it this way, some places are better enjoyed outside of high season, when thousands of tourists are wandering through a place.

The LA PRUA restaurant enchants its guests with a breathtaking view of the sea of Alassio, offering an elegant culinary experience. The local white wine Pigato perfectly accompanies the fish dishes, while the impeccable presentations and balanced fusion flavors capture the senses. The deliciously small but varied coffee pastries are a perfect finishing touch. Only two small criticisms: 1. the outdoor dining room is a bit small, 2. The tagliolini with seafood were cooked with the same cooking time, therefore both the mussels and the scampi were too dry, I recommend adding them at the end .
