Great pizza (Il forno a legna fa la differenza), amazing view (book in advance for the terrace view over the mountains), nice hostess

Lovely table for lunch on balcony overlooking mountains and valley. Delicious Corsican menu of up to 6 different dishes, we had a very filling 4 at €5 each.

We had a nice moment in this restaurant, easily accessible from Olmeto 's free parking. Local food is served, with an option for a dégustation of 4 typical meals. Ensure to book your outdoor table to enjoy the view! Ver carta

Had a takeaway pizza first night, out son thought it was the best pizza he’s ever had and he’s a young foodie. Following night eat in the restaurant and wasn’t disappointed, food very Corsican and absolutely delicious.

Restaurant with friendly staff and local dish. We had mix of local salami, tartar, duck breast, tiramisu and everything was delicious. I tasted chestnusts wine that you can buy here as well as other products. We were really satisfied.

Beautiful food in a beautiful location. Lovely to watch the swifts flying over Olmeto as the evening light faded. The food Corsican specialities, pizza and the children’s menu was delicious and excellent value. The setting is perfect and the staff very friendly. Ver carta

Stopped for lunch and were not disappointed. Food was excellent even if we all had different dishes (duck, stuffed peppers, pasta with gambas and salad). Everything tasty and good and friendly service. Yes it is not cheap but nothing is in corsica. Definitely worth the little detour away from the tourist traps close-by.

We are so happy, that we found this restaurant. Wild boar, great quality. Beef tartar, never see so huge! Calzone pizza, wow, wanna try all pizzas on the menu. Source salad, never experienced something like this. Spagetti carbonara, just beautiful. Must try wine myrte and wine castagne, excelent as aperitif. And mostly, nice ale always smiling staff. Well done, La Source!!

We have visited the restaurant twice in a week. Mainly because the food is actually pretty good and the restaurant has a convenient location. The service however is noteworthy, mainly because it's truly horrible, even for French standards. Getting a menu after 30 min, not receiving orders, one person getting is food while the other has to wait, and more like this. If you decide to go, be prepared and take a book, and maybe something small to eat while you wait, wait and wait. Ver carta
