"My family and I spent 2 weeks in France in the Provence region. In our first week in France we went to Les Florets. Yeah, it was a little hard to reach, but it was good. At first the atmosphere was very relaxing. Next to us there was a well that the waiters and waiters filled the buckets that kept the wine. It was covered in Moos and looked beautiful. We were also covered with trees, so it was shady. When we sat, they served us olives and bread. For the Mise En Bouche (which means happy mouth in French) everyone got a kind of salmon soup that was really good. For my first course I have tomatoes 3 ways. It was different when I thought it was a soup instead of a dish, but it was still fabulous. My main course was duck with some vegetables. My brother asked for a bite for a bite (what my family does), but I said no, because of how tender and tasty the duck was. Last but not least was Dessert. We all have this really good desert. I don't know what it was, but it was the best dessert I had on this earth in my 12 years. It had a chocolate in it and some kind of coffee pudding. Even my father, whose favorite coffee is on earth, loved it. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone who is in close proximity. It was amazing!"

"I have to admit that the problem with our experience was the rating given, presumably by other TripAdvisor reviews, of and even more so by TripAdvisor listing it as the best restaurant in Séguret. I can only assume that the previous good reviews...were made when the restaurant was having better times or perhaps were overly influenced by the basic ambiance of Seguret rather than the restaurant itself. Certainly, it is NOT the best restaurant in Seguret but a distant last. Perhaps this is exaggerated by being next door to Le Mesclun, which fully deserves its rating and is by far the best restaurant in Seguret and probably amongst the best in the area. Specifically, the service at the Côté Terasse was very poor. The reception was casual and the continuing service inattentive uninformed. The menu was presumably aimed at a French version of fast food but was neither French or quality fast food. In summary, if you want to eat quality French food delivered with the normal French attention to presentation and you have exhausted the other restaurant options available in Seguret look elsewhere in the area. Someone in your party may have to volunteer to be the designated driver but it would be worth it."

"We visited this restaurant a little over a month ago, and apologize that it's taken this long to give a review. We were there on a Mon or Tues when a lot of the restaurants in this small town were closed. We were lucky to find this place before the lunch crowd arrived. We managed to get a table for two in the middle of this little restaurant. We had a great view of the kitchen, which is definitely where all of the action was. There are probably 10-12 tables in this place. It was packed full with the chef (who was obviously the owner) and a young waitress. That was it. She took all of the orders, and he made all of the food. The menu was limited, and can't remember just what we had, but it was a very nice lunch, in a cozy atmosphere. The waitress gave great, friendly service. During the hour we were there, a large number of people were turned away since the place was full. The food was wonderful, and the best part was the coffee at the end of the meal. We hate to say it, but coffee in France is just not as good as that in Italy, or in Spain. This place was an exception. We felt like we were in Rome or Madrid with our coffee treats! Would go back here anytime!"

"We dined at several good restaurant-cafes during our trip, but the only one we visited more than once was Cote Terrasse in the captivating town of Seguret. You can reserve a table for lunch or dinner, or take coffee or a glass of wine or...beer while relaxing in the charming courtyard or the terrace bar (located the next street up, with a glorious sunset view of the valley). The dishes we tasted were all delicious and beautifully presented, with generous portions as well. Service was quick and friendly, the atmosphere quiet and unhurried; very much a neighborhood-bistro feel with locals dining next to us. But the reason we returned was the warm and welcoming service we received, from all of the staff but especially from Magali, who we met on our first afternoon coffee and who made us feel right at home from start to finish. Two days later we asked for a dinner table for the same night and, even though they were already fully booked, the maitre d'hotel quickly arranged for an overflow table to be set up for us. It's hard to put into words just how much these hospitable gestures can mean when you've been traveling for a while and are aching for a bit of familiarity and home-feel. And this is what we felt we received, from the front of house to the young man who refilled our water bottle with a smile. We appreciated it all so very much, and will gladly make another trip next time to Seguret just to enjoy another meal at Cote Terrasse!"
