"looking for a restaurant for lunch, we went back to this restaurant, a little blind, because we rushed to get hot to escape the cold wind that was blowing on the city of puy. the restaurant itself does not pay a mine and we were, at the beginning, a little doubtful of our choice. but finally it was a pleasant surprise. we enjoyed ourselves! for me, I chose the suggestion of the day, a piece of beef with cream sauce and its gratin of dauphinois. The meat was cooked to perfection, stabbed, as I had asked and with an incredible tenderness, it melted in the mouth. the dauphinois gratin was perfect, melting at once and well seasoned. my companion had chosen the beef part of the butcher (from the tab) accompanied by homemade fries. He also loved his dish, his meat was tender and tasty and his fries, fine and mellow, as we love them. the portions are generous and we were served quickly. To finish this excellent meal, we chose the chocolate mousse, for dessert, which, again, has delighted us, by its lightness and intuition. In short, it was a faultless from the beginning to the end.
