"I’m Piemontese and since I’m living abroad for a couple of years I was keen to taste again some “home flavors” during a short stay in Turin. Found la taverna looking on the map, sounded interesting, we visited it. Result: I possibly never left a restaurant happier than having visited it like this time. Food: authentic piemontese dishes, simple, good, made with excellent quality ingredients and very well prepared. Hit of the day were tagliolini with boar white ragù, but menu changes fast apparently. Service: attentive, fast but nice and friendly. Food came very fast and everything was just great. Bill: couldn’t believe it! More than fair! In summary, I’m leaving this review with genuine hope someone will find it useful and will as well appreciate the nice work a young crew is doing, as they truly deserve it. A suggestion, book well in advance, la taverna is cozy and has only few tables, a small gem!"

Mi hanno invitato questa sera per parlare di lavoro e sono rimasto stupito dalla bontà della cucina. Un tagliolino al ragù bianco di cinghiale da leccarsi letteralmente i baffi. Complimenti! Ver carta

Very good Piemontese food ! Very nice, simple and friendly place! If you want try a good typical lunch in Torino it’s a good place! Luca the waiter is very kind and nice! After lunch you can go to take a walk to the Dora Park in 5 minutes ! It’s a queer friendly place enjoy

Abbiamo scelto questo ristorante un po’ per caso. Il locale è molto intimo ma ben curato. Abbiamo preso due antipasti a testa: Tomini con cipolle cruda alla piemontese e crostini con lardo. Poi abbiamo preso i plin burro e salvia e una cotoletta alla milanese. Gli antipasti sono piccoli e ti permettono di assaggiare più specialità. I primi e i secondi hanno porzioni giuste. Tutti i piatti che abbiamo preso erano buoni!! I prezzi sono onestissimi e per un pranzo veloce con assaggi piemontesi ci sta!! Lo consiglio per qualità e prezzo.
