"Coming in October, we really liked this place and its cuisine, its foie gras accompanied by an apricot coulis with gingerbread was excellent and well served, truly a delight! Then the warm goat's cheese salad was purely extraordinary, a huge salad very very well garnished with all the necessary ingredients, it was a taste explosion. The person with me had equally extraordinary spatzles, overall we had a great time and we will come back as soon as we are in Tarbes. The service was also very attentive and friendly. Thank you for this great time in your establishment."
