Como le dije a Omar, es el mejor lugar en el que he comido en mi vida. No solo se trata de la calidad y el cuidado que ponen en la cocina (¡ahí están nuestras madres, qué haríamos sin ellas!), sino de la pasión y el deseo de hacer de cada comida una experiencia gastronómica única y personalizada para cada comensal. Todo esto a un precio razonable. Han ganado un seguidor de su cocina y, sin duda, en los días que pasemos por aquí, volveremos. Continúen con esa misma pasión y seguro que llegarán muy lejos.

Hemos repetido la experiencia y nos ha sorprendido una vez más con la calidad y el buen sabor que nos ha dejado el menú Gourmet. Los erizos de mar con mejillones, sorprendentes; la deliciosa ensalada de carpaccio de pulpo; la exquisita crema de bacalao y la picanha garrofera ahumada, todavía tengo el sabor ahumado en el paladar. El arroz glutinoso también estaba muy bueno. Todo acompañado de un delicioso vino blanco Izadi. Para finalizar con los postres, no hemos dejado lugar para la improvisación y hemos repetido con la horchata mutt que está riquísima!!! Todo esto bajo la supervisión de Marc.
