Just Gaillac's best table. Inputs, dishes and desserts are finely prepared with a delicate presentation. The mix of saviors is a success: tonight the roasted figs with the Italian bacon and Roquefort... a marvel!! Bravo to the chief. Service side: kindness and attention. Called in for a long lazy lunch. Fantastic the whole ambience of the place is excellent. The furniture the detail gone into the decor is excellent. This set the the standard what to expect of the food. Not to be let down the food arrived. Of course the food was outstanding, the presentation was 1st class, staff friendly business like. The entire experience was superb.

Great choice of fresh local food: Three attractive starters/main and desserts in the menu with 2 additionnal daily suggestions. Everything is fresh, nicely cooked with lots of flavours and generous. The service is elegant but smiling and thoughtful. Paintings, tableclothes are grey making the room a little sad and cold. The terrasse could be better rearranged. Easy carpark.

Travelling in the area we consulted trip for a restaurant in the area and this was the first to have a table available. on arrival we were greeted and shown to a table on the terrace, (it was a bright sunny day) The menu is restricted, though offers a good selection in all courses so it is likely to offer most people a selection they need, plus the quality is very good so you will leave quite content, though given most items have supplements your bill will be higher than you expect. Our group of 9 enjoyed a superb lunch today , the selection on the 18 euro and 30 euro menu was original , beautifully presented and tasted excellent. Nothing was too much trouble , we were able to mix and match from the two menus, one person fancied chips instead of the wonderful carrot and coconut mash !! no problem , the sweet trolly with the 30 euro menu was a dream for pudding lovers.The new owners of 5 months made every effort to ensure we had a memorable lunch. I will certainly be returning soon and will spread the news locally about our experience

A renaissance, this restaurant has found repreneurs who make it my favorite of Gaillac. First of all an internal parking and then a second external, so ideal parking, a pleasant renovated setting, a friendly welcome, the possibility to organize large meetings around the pool sheltered from capitals, a landscaped park, a stream... Yes, but the plate will tell me: well it's up to the height: from the original to the entrance, from the classic to the dish, and a MERVEILLE to the dessert, it was the best charlotte to the fruit that I ate...Good value price. It was our first visit, but we will return.

We celebrated our binational wedding in Verrerie with over 100 people. We were greeted as if we were part of the family. On 3 days the whole team was listening at any time. The whole team had a smile all along – even though we were late and they were constantly asked by our guests. From the beginning, the team has shown us its desire to support our project and make possible any requirement of ourselves and our guests. The Cheffe's culinary achievements were exceptional, she managed to plunge our foreign guests into French culture.
