"absolutely delicious. we love this beautiful restaurant / teestube, the garden is with small secret places to sit and is so charming. after the visit we decided to order their shanklin cake. That's good, so fleshy. the prawn salad is incredible and the isle of wight tastes so fresh. I think you sticky toffee pudding might be the best I cost. the owner is charming and the staff so friendly. 10/10"

beautiful place with friendly staff for the best cakes, scones and drinks. it is also very unique because the scene is baked in the form of the island wight. beautiful experience, highly recommended.

paul especially changed the scones in the creamtee to make them free of ice for us so that we can enjoy a creamtee lunch on a beautiful sunny day. many thanks to paul and 5 stars for eating and service.

Popped in for cream tea and desserts with the family today. All of the desserts were amazing!! The decor was nice and the inside was very cosy. The gardens looked lovely and I imagine they would be fantastic in the summer. All in all a fantastic place. Oops. Forgot to mention, the staff were very welcoming and polite.

vernon cottage has the best cream tee I've ever had! the scones are simply perfect in every sight! They are also shaped like the island. by wight! it was good with my beautiful hot chocolate, as the day was a little on the cooler side, so it warmed me. my man says the plow is too good. we have been here for several years and can't wait to go back to visit
