A really nice restaurant in the middle of the Hundertwasserbahnhof in Uelzen. Very attentive staff, extensive map with many organic products and beautiful dessert variations. No more stylish railway restaurant seen yet! The premises at the Uelzener Hundertwasser railway station alone are worth it. Menu consistently regional, with strong weighting on vegetarian as well as vegan dishes. Speciality: breakfast and snacks offer for the railway drivers running customers at reasonable prices.

For hundreds of water fans a must. After a few years, a train station rarely looks like new! However, it is always a rewarding detour and there is much to photograph. Visually far ahead, only unfortunately, functionality and safety have remained somewhat on the track. Some time ago my sister moved to Uelzen and when we visited her, I discovered the sign of Hundertwasserbahnhof and was immediately fire and flame, and we made a small detour there.
