"Not one for writing reviews but I couldn’t not for this place ! £4 for a very generous portion of homemade cake and a very generous sized coffee too! …. Who where in Cornwall offers that these days ? Lovely place sat inside in comfy chairs over looking the beautiful boating lake. A very warm and friendly welcome and top notch service. I can’t fault anything about this place and visit. Thank you very much for a lovely experience. I will be back P.S coffee and walnut cake … delicious!"

Wednesday morning. Great service, great hot chocolate, absolutely stunning Pineapple and Ginger Cake, 5* Café, come and walk and then recharge. Booked to return for Saturday evening, waitresses couldn't do enough for us, food was tasty and well cooked, lovely evening meal.

what a beautiful little place! the food was delicious, coffee was beautiful and the staff was so helpful, even come above all to let us know that soy milk was delivered. our pup enjoyed his visit with some beautiful doggie biccies and a seat in the warm and dry. can not wait to visit again!

I had only my birthday meal at one of our regular visits to this restaurant, as usual exceptional food delicious and could not decide what from menu, table decoration add that additional special note for a celebration meal, and service excellent always like to practice our limited spanish on the beautiful Spanish waitress from murcia region spanien, thank you for such a tasty meal they soon see ela
