Very good address. No card, it's the chef who makes you a surprise menu. according to his mood of the moment. And it's fun! It's inventive and tasty. great adaptability too. My companion made the moose when she heard that the next dish would be lamb (we don't eat the baby! and with the smile the dish was immediately replaced. a kitchen worthy of the best hupped restaurants without this side sometimes a bit broomed in the c. the server is not hermetic to humor and it makes the experience more than pleasant. very pleasant surprise for this starred and deserved restaurant! We were very well received. the decor is pleasant, sober and efficient. Then we chose the menu that was discovered at €69: the dishes were very nice and very good too. Meat was melting, fish very refined (and yet I don't like truite usually. . dessert: a delight based on apricot on a small succulent biscuit.
