"pastels: the intimate bistro is the perfect setting for beautiful and tasty contemporary French dishes. the menu makes 1 page and changes from time to time. the fixed price menu is not bad if you want to try an entry, a dish and a dessert. the colors: what I admire in the anthony chef is his way of presenting unique flavors to his guests. the restaurant itself is painted with pastel earth tones, as a reflection of the betting areas. the minimalist style is ready for the characteristic presentation: food. has each plate, the chef lets the ingredients speak of themselves without killing you with too much decoration or style. it cooks its steamed vegetables rather than boil them so that you can enjoy their natural flavors. for lunch, I ordered the egg at 63° with whitewashed asparagus and sausage, which turns out to be by far my favorite dish! yellow and egg white had similar consistency, with a drop-down core. the dish was slightly seasoned and the flavors are at their top when you have a bite with all the elements in it: asparagus, cheese, sausage, all wrapped by the egg. I used the bread to pinch the pieces that remained. It was too good to get spoiled! Then comes the peel with the knives. The fish was fresh, delicate and smooth. the knives had the taste of the sea, good taste, but had sand grains at each bite. I would have been good to eat four or five of these clams, but eight or nine were more than enough. the dish was made of pure proteins, which made me reach the bread basket. the best part was the sauce, which the chef prepared from the cooking of knives in butter, onions and herbs. prices are reasonable for this unique culinary experience and portions are fair. I get out of the table the taste buds and the hungry filled. Better book in advance."
