The breakfast buffet is excellent and worthwhile. The staff is very attentive and helpful. Very nicely designed and not all messed up like a few hotels.

2 stars for friendly staff, the rest is not worth the price paid and the kitchen is not exceptional. Too bad for the beef tataki, which was rather a carpaccio..

I know the brand pullman from accor their kitchen standards. While it is not gastronomic, you can always find a good selection of dishes in each of its restaurants. since the outbreak of covid, many restaurants struggle have restricted menus post covid curfews despite all, after a full day visit in l’aquitania we had a good culinary experience. will definitely go there again hopefully to stay there on our next visit in bordeaux, where there is only so much to do!
