Some of the friendliest, most knowledgable people I have encountered here in Aix or across France as a whole. Fantastic, high-quality products and incredible service. Lovely quiet location and a charming bar but not terribly far from the busy main square. Make it a priority for your visit.

do not go there for the pleasure of enjoying a glass of wine calmly (limited choice by the way) or making discoveries. it is more a place for after work with a strong enough music and a large proportion of inhabitants (almost better treated by the boss.) the kitchen is good and copyy, at honest rates. We went to 5, and we all enjoyed it! the tarts are good, generous and worked. the price is not excessive for aix : 2 glasses of wines, 1 dish of tarts, 1 dessert for less than 30€The service was good, the manager was pleasant and ready for discussion. flat : slightly strong music at the beginning of the evening

L'As is tucked away in a quiet street in the old part of Aix. The staff are welcoming and friendly and the food is fresh and creative. We shared a charcuterie platter and followed it with a tartine each. These slices of toasted bread come with a great choice of toppings and are tasty and substantial. We also had a portion of home-made chips. The owner is very knowledgeable about the wine she serves and made some great recommendations. Well worth a visit for food or just for a drink, especially if you want something a little bit different in a very pleasant atmosphere.

We had a great party with friends. The dishes offered are original and very well composed, even the simplest products are sublimated (jambon with truffle, so good!) very good wine on excellent suggestions of the waitress, it jumps to the eyes and taste buds! the staff is warm, attentive, reactive and friendly. Christel the manager is great! She's coming to see us to know how we feel. I asked for a table for 6 people upstairs, I was smashed! Not to mention: the surprise of the end of the meal...We were entitled to a cup of champagne, to the debotage! Tonight, the anniversary of one of us.Bravo to the team and a big thank you to christel!
