"The terrace is nice, but we were next to a pretty loud Fontaine (despite reservation for a quiet table) so we could hardly talk in the group without yelling at us. The food came quite staggered, the same dishes were served differently dressed and staggered, the asparagus portion (4 5 asparagus sticks) fell a bit small for our men and the service this time was not particularly attentive unfortunately we actually know it differently. Since we had much better experiences, we would probably come back. The next time, however, we will wish more in advance, in the hope that our first impression is confirmed and the last faded."

"visited this restuarant on Saturday before and the aroma from the restaurant was exquisite. it was completely booked so we tried it again on a weekday. great ambiente. well occupied, although the staff is not attentive. the Shiraz tea was a hit, though a little too sweet. if they bounce a sweet tooth, it's a must try. our meals were disappointing. we had 4 different dishes. the meal was cooked on the day. eat dill and saffron rice and the various sauces were cold. we mentioned this and said it was warm. not much to fix the situation. yes, energy prices are crazy, but the meals were not cheap. fortunately we had 2, 2 for 1 credits. they offered us 1 back. we rejected. cant recommend this restaurant, unless the dear and proud that was once present returns. it could have been very good on the day. but no more. a real scandal!"

"I was here for the first time with my family today, on the recommendation of friends from Berlin. On the way I must say it was really an extraordinary meal. Exceptional because it is so extreme from the mass of other locals. The ambience, the service, especially the food, should actually get 6 out of 5 stars. But let's start from the front. The restaurant Mare e Moni is located near the Waldfriedhof Darmstadt directly on Dornheimer Straße. Once you enter the restaurant, feel transferred directly in sunny Italy in a cozy Trattoria. The atmosphere is familiar, the furnishings, the space and cleanliness of the furnishings, the table design, the decoration of the tables and walls leave nothing to be desired. Immediately you are welcomed by attentive Italian waiters who look directly at you who really enjoy what you do and welcome you with a cordiality as you rarely experience in our region. Directly after the drink order, there was a greeting from the kitchen. Freshly cut bread, olives, aioli and peperoni. People I have never really eaten such a delicious bread in a restaurant, crispy, fluffy loose, yet a little warm, fragrant and a taste that I would order this bread together with the ailoi smoothly as the main dish. Five out of five stars. It could not have been better! After about 20 minutes our main dishes came. 3 different pizzas and for me Wusch Wusch noodles with truffles. To see the preparation of the Wusch Wusch noodles, you should order yourself. The waiter comes to the table with a huge Pamesan basket, which is covered under a tuyere, catches some of the parmesan, gives the steaming bevette (small band noodles) together with spices and truffles to the parmesan basket and stirs up something. Then the noodles come with the truffle oil, the now slightly melted parmesan in a large plate and are crowned with fresh black truffles from Italy. The scent of one rises into the nose as soon as the plate stands in front of one is simply adorable. The first bite and immediately comes the thought: Wow, I want to eat this every day! The taste is so round, so perfectly balanced and fine that I simply lack the words to describe it correctly. By the way, the share is so large that even two people can be fed with it and the price of €16 more than just reasonably. I would also pay twice for this dish with pleasure and pleasure, because I was never served in Germany with an Italian. My absolute recommendation. You need to try the Wusch-Kisse once in your life to know how a noodle dish must taste to be called Eccezionalmente buono. But also the pizza is absolutely recommended, airy pink dough, real mozzarella, only fresh ingredients and after my three companions, simply fantastic and quote: I had eaten so good pizza 10 years ago in our holiday in Milano, feelings and memories are awake. After eating there was another espresso that was a big conclusion for a big meal. All in all: The Mare e Monti offers kitchen at a star level at absolutely reasonable prices. Anyone who wants to know how genuine Italian passion for cooking tastes, who has to come by here once. Other restaurants like the Vapiano have no chance against the Mare e Monti. We will definitely come back and enjoy any of the exceptionally good food that Mare e Monti recommends in Darmstadt. Repetition Probability: 100% (for me the best Italian restaurant throughout the Hesse) Thanks for an extraordinary meal with my family"

"We were in the Hacienda Mexican for the second time today and were again very welcoming. The food is extraordinarily tasty and especially plentiful compared to the last visit, so we had it packed in. Of particular note is the fact that it is not a chain and you can have a nice conversation with the owner. Many dishes are also vegetarian or even vegan! In my opinion, the best Mexican in the Darmstadt-Dieburg region. We are happy to come back!"
