Although the cheese plate is a little too modest and without great interest (sweet cheeses and 3 small pieces for 14€ it stings) for the price. all the rest was impeccable and excellent, service included of course. the atmosphere and the decor are just as nice and pleasant.

we enter a fishery and a smiling server makes us enter a large patio surrounded by trees. the menu offers appetizing dishes and it is difficult to choose! Finally, we opt for the gamba royal risotto and wolf placed on a large tomato and accompanied by small vegetables. the plate does not disappoint us: it is beautiful, all in colors and flavors. A real pleasure!

Beautiful! We have known the hotel for several years and it is always as remarkable: setting, atmosphere, service, quality and freshness of products, preparation of dishes, everything is perfect! The tuna is absolutely fabulous: we enjoyed it in tataki and tartare, both excellent. We then took nets of wolves: cooked to perfection and served abundantly, accompanied by tomato and fennel. Beautiful. impeccable service, excellent wine (a mandria of christophe ferrandis) and an improbable setting in the center of Saint florent: a very beautiful evening! Ver carta
