Great restaurant. We ate very well and had a very pleasant time!

The meal is a killing and the staff is very professional. All in a very beautiful setting. The lemon pie is a pure delight!

We had a great time at the restaurant in the hostel. The building is beautiful, the very cozy room, the pleasant service and the original and tasteful dishes! They even have cloth towels!

It is really a very good restaurant (my compliments to chef Cédric), and they are also very welcoming. If I put a rating of 4 for the rooms it's only for a pressure problem in the shower of the Berlingot room. Despite this, it will remain one of my favorite restaurants. Ver carta

Beautiful restaurant. Friendly team and especially delicious meals the beef tataki is a killing. Everything would have been perfect if a grunting client and bad faith had not tarnished the evening by his stammers compelled us to change the table what was done without worry). We celebrated our wedding at the gardoise hostel and we are more than delighted with this choice! The setting is very pleasant and welcoming. We were advised and helped throughout the preparation as well as day J. The wine of honour, the meal and the rooms have fully met our expectations. The professionalism, good humor and kindness of the whole team were particularly appreciated by all, married as guests. Thanks to them we will keep excellent memories of these most beautiful days of our life. We strongly recommend this place for all occasions, thank you very much!

Great discovery! The very friendly welcome in an elegant and very clean setting immediately makes us comfortable. A refined cuisine, a perfect balance of flavours and a refined presentation delight our eyes and taste buds! (Pavlova ginger carrots, you had to dare!!! Bravo! If we add the advice, very professional for the wines, everything is implemented so that our meal is perfect! The intense spicy red wine was a discovery, blending perfectly with lamb and chocolate dessert!!! The only regret is not to have had the time to discover this establishment where everything, from the kitchen to the service, is done with taste, passion and mastery! Bravo to the whole team.
