food is very good but the service is really not up to what can reasonably be expected from a restaurant of this standing... the waiters were neither reactive nor careful (wine slaps on the table, long waiting times to be served in drinks)

The environment is pleasant, the service was lacking of friendliness and smiles to my taste (we were a group of this complicates a little the task, but good), the kitchen is irreproachable, however I put because I think the value for money was not at the rendezvous. in view of the price, I expected to experience a much better experience. We have dinner with friends on the terrace. reception, environment very exceptional and privileged. The service is perfect, neither too much nor attractive. The tables are very well assembled. few dishes but a very fine kitchen. We all took different dishes and were conquered. very beautiful wine map with a beautiful barolo and especially a young and very competent sommelier. Do not hesitate, but quality has a price ....

Visited with friends for a casual lunch to enjoy the Parisian summer. The outside terrace was ideal for a relaxed lunchtime meal. The menu provided a delightful mix of light fresh meals with some signature dishes Laurent do so well. As always we were extremely well looked after allowing for our poor ability to speak French. The service was exemplary and all dishes presented with nothing less than the utmost style and care. The external terrace provides a sublime backdrop to the best of French cuisine with the freshest of ingredients. The tomoto salad starter was light and flavoursome which stood well against the richer beef with air potatoes. A must when in Paris.

but what fly has piqué the michelin that still retrogrades this famous restaurant by removing its last star.
