"Had the three course meal formula for €27 at lunchtime, the sirloin steak was the tastiest and most tender I have eaten in a long time. The restaurant is also well staffed which is not often the case in a standard establishment. As a consequence the staff are unhurried, helpful and friendly. Less than €80 for two people including aperitif, wine and coffee was a great deal. Such value for money in every aspect is very rare."

An institution in Fontainebleau... no foliage creation, nothing but classic, waiting but perfectly mastered! A restaurant where nothing is unforgettable but a guarantee not to be disappointed ... is it not what we expect from a restaurant?

On a very cool and wet evening we were glad we had booked a table inside. Our young waitress had very little English and with our limited French we had a lot of fun. Our meal of trout gravlax followed by bass was perfect and the staff were very friendly.

Do not miss this place. Awesome seating outside and inside. We sat outside for dinner. It was heated and they offered blankrts to ladies. I don't know if they were sanitized between usage. Food quality and taste were awesome and you top up that with awesome service.
